What are those?

I am reposting this video because it got deleted the last time for some formatting rule I did not respect.
I saw this while taking a walk, the two possible UFOs were darting around, almost like chasing and teasing each other.
The whole experience lasted about 40seconds, before starting recording, trust me, I stared at them, and have no idea what could move like that.
The moment the orb stops, then turns and speeds up again resembles an antigravity drive propulsion (as someone commented), and you can also see trails when they take off before vanishing.
Would love to hear your opinions, just not the bird one because I assure you its not birds.
