Around 8:29pm my wife and I were returning home and saw this strange object in the sky. My wife saw it first out of the window then I parked the car to see it too. It was rotating in the sky and looked like it was swimming away from us into the sky. In a flowy motion? Almost like a stingray. We were close enough in the beginning to see it more clearly. It was not in the shape of any kind of balloon and if you zoom in you can see the odd shapes. We have more videos but this was the clearest and able the zoom in. We were watching it until it got smaller and disappeared.
