What is this? Red Flashing Lights (started with 1 then 2) moving around eastern night sky
Time: January 21st, 2025 6:50pm- 7:35pm

Location: on I-20 Cedar Falls thru Dyersville 


So I’m driving down I-20 in Iowa heading eastbound. Suddenly see this flashing red and white starting near Cedar Falls, IA. 

At first I thought it was a Starlink satellite but then I realized it was moving up and down and around this one eastern star. I tried to capture this flashing light while driving — sorry for poor quality and bad sound quality - I also had a podcast playing at times. 

The weirdest part was that the light was flashing a brilliant red and then it suddenly faded away. Then later it came back near the same star. 

No idea what it was or what would do this.
