Triangle-shaped CraftLow Flying - Walsall, UK

Driving in the car near Reedswood Retail Park, just outside the center of Walsall. My wife and I saw a low flying (probably 100-150ft off the ground) triangle shaped silhouette. Intermittently illuminated every 5 seconds or so by lights: two bright white lights at the apex, one red on the left tip and white on the right tip. Detail of the craft hull was hard to make out in the dark despite illumination and from the distance and angle we were at. It was flying in an easterly direction towards Tamworth at a slow pace. No noise heard with the windows down as it flew over nearly overhead of our vehicle. 

Has anyone sighted anything similar recently?
