Location: above Camp David (Catoctin Mountains), Thurmont, MD 

Multiple orbs above the mountain line. Ended up going back and zooming in and saw this above what must be a storage site at Camp David. They flew in, pulsated in size slightly then beamed away at an angle gone. About 9-10 total.
