Possible UFO sighting over SWTX??

Possible UFO sighting over SWTX??
Time: 9:15 PM
Location: Southwest Texas

I've never posted anything like this before and I could be entire wrong but I was outside with my dog while he was doing his business and I was looking at the stars. You can always see them so clear here. I noticed this small moving dot and at first thought it was a star but I realized it indeed was moving. It wasn't a plane or a shooting star. It was faster than a plane but slower than a shooting star. It was a faint dot as well. I thought maybe it was the ISS so I went back inside to check the tracker but it's no where near Texas. I'm just so confused because I'm not sure what that was and I've never seen a UFO before.
