Sighting in Virginia

Location: Eastern Virginia, United States. About 15 miles from the coast.

My husband was having a fire in the backyard with our son when he saw this orb flying overhead. He said in person in looked like a glowing orange circle but when you zoom in on the video and watch it frame by frame you can see that it’s flashing many different colors like a rainbow.
