Cluster of lights over Brooklyn

Cluster of lights over Brooklyn
Time: 1:54pm, Wednesday 
Location: Brooklyn bridge park 

Was at the Brooklyn bridge park Wednesday looking at the skyline when I noticed a faint cluster of 15+ lights. Watched them for about 10 mins drifting along. Video is a little faint and I could best see the lights with my sunglasses on or through my camera.

Thought they were birds at first but they were luminescent and a bird can be seen flying past them at the end. Not on camera, but a plane also flies past them which makes me think they were quite far away

I’ve seen starlink before, but never in a disorganized pattern like this. Any other satellite things move like this?
