Blinking UAP Philippines

I mean I wanna believe this is just spotlights or strobe lights but when it stopped moving in circle it kinda got spooky. There were no parties or mall near the area that would have been the source of the lights. You can’t even see the streak of light if it was a strobe light. 

The area where it could’ve come from is the Cavite expressway. I almost always look at the area of the sky and I have never seen them use a spotlight like that. 

What are your thoughts?
