Flipping disk caught from my office window
Time: 3:30 PM 
Location: Southeast US on the coast

When I first saw it, it was much closer but had to grab my phone. Was a clear silver disk, very reflective, and was “flipping” as it moved. Darted around back and forth in the area, until several planes came and it took off.
