Help me identify this?

Location: Buckeye AZ

My parents and I were trying to initialize our Telescope to see the moon when we came across this object, it was making no noise and seemed to be approximately 1500-3000 feet in the air (it was hard to judge). It may be important to note that we are next to Luke Airforce Base, and the air quality was very dusty tonight.
