What is this flashing light “walking” on the beach?
Time: 5:51 pm yesterday 
Location: New Jersey beach 
Watching the webcam from Island Beach State Park, NJ, just for fun, screen recording, at one point this flashing light came out “walking” from right to left. What is it?
I tried to screenshot a picture from the video and enhance the sharpness and the shadows to see if I can see a figure or something, I hope I can post it in the comments. At one point it disappeared. What do you see? Is it a person with a flashlight? There are no dark shadows. Is it a drone? A ghost?
