White/red ligth on North Side of Albuquerque 9/13/14

NARRATIVE

Light on north side of Albuquerque.  Went from large white orb shape to large red orb shape and then quickly turned small to where it was about the size of a star.  Probably a planet or solar flares.
Was very bright and had an aura/blur around it, once viewed thru a slit could see regular round shape.

We suspect that the object was a hig-altitude, helium-filled balloon.  One was reported to have been released from Ft. Sumner in New Mexico.
