Donut, metallic, floating object in the daytime.

I was leaving my apartment with my 2 kids when I noticed a donut shaped object over Lins Market on Dixie Dr and Sunset.  I thought it to be some donut shaped balloon due to it not having any sound, or even a drone, however as I stared further it was moving oddly, like an object underwater.  It was rotating and spinning and swaying.  
As it spun in all different directions (you couldn't tell what side was up or down) I could see the sun reflect off of its metallic exterior.  It looked to be the size of a hotel spa (maybe slightly bigger).  It moved slowly and just like a object would underwater and as it moved it went just behind family dollar and started to head to the sky until it was out of sight.  I took 3 pictures with my phone before it was totally gone, however, they didn't show up which I found strange.  
What was most interesting to me was the way it was moving, the elements such as the wind didn't seem to affect it as it would with something like a balloon or even a drone.  The best visual I can give is a giant, seeming to be float underwater, washer flipping and turn in all sorts of directions.
