NARRATIVE

I was standing in the parking at 1005 Louisiana NE somewhere around midnight on 10/24/17, when I noticed a point of colorful light hovering high in the sky SE of my position; it was stationary and appeared to be changing color.  I observed it for a couple of minutes and decided to go get a video camera to take some footage of it.  When I returned to the parking lot, I noticed it was in the same position, and I took a couple of minutes of video of it and then went back into my apartment.  It was still there when I went back inside.
Possible "twinkling" star??  PD
