NARRATIVE

While out for our walk along A1A in Delray Beach we spotted the tripod of large, non moving lights out over the ocean.
This was at a traffic light intersection of A1A and Casuarina Road where there is a wide opening to enter the beach.
We observed for about 8-10 minutes and and took cell phone photos, then walked away.
The lights did not move while we observed them.
