An aluminum colored object that I first thought was a weather balloon but after reviewing the footage wondered otherwise.

At first it seemed like a deflated weather balloon twisting in the wind. When I zoomed in… either the camera went out of focus (I can’t tell) or the object suddenly evaporated and then pulled itself back together. You can hear me say in the video “is that a weather balloon?” It was moving quickly across the sky though and it wasn’t rising. I had trouble keeping up with it. What was most odd is its shape. Not exactly the shape of a balloon. It wasn’t perfectly round. I figured it would fall if it were deflated.
